Ready for a promotion

I decided that my e-portfolio will be a place to showcase my work, my beliefs and possibly be used in addition to a resume for my next promotion. In the e-portfolio, you give a person the chance to not only learn about your work and your beliefs but also a chance to meet you, the individual, in how you blog about the issues that are important to you. As we move to a more competitive job market, e-portfolios may be a differentiator that allow me to tell a more complete story than with a resume alone.

Creating my e-portfolio has worked like a digital journal to share my journey in the learning process with others. However, I also have the benefit of reviewing my work at the end of each course, which can be very cathartic, as I reflect on the growth and connections that I've made in my learning.
